Servus is the first intelligent and self-guiding Transport Robot for Intralogistics and Assembly Automation. Servus makes its own decisions concerning procedures and order of operation. Servus runs on a track system and transports materials and work-pieces up to 25 kg, as well as data and process information from goods-in, through production up to final dispatch. Servus orientates itself completely independently without GPS and without a layout of the system. Servus Robotics has been awarded the "Innovation Prize at the Automatica 2008 in Munich" for this development.
